Responsibilities Include:

Set up, monitor, and optimize Google advertising campaigns from start to finish.

Request new creatives as needed so you can focus on scaling the ad account profit.

Test your innovative ideas and really see the impact of your work on clients’ bottom lines.

Conduct keyword research and write copy for ads.

Structure campaigns and ad groups, and determining the best settings.

Work with large datasets in Excel and upload data/content for ads.

Analyze Facebook media buys and associated metrics on a daily basis to ensure profitability between Google Ads and Facebook.

Work with Google Account Rep to constantly improve campaigns and knowledge of the latest tools available.

Search for new opportunities to optimize and grow our current campaigns, via advanced targeting methods and data analysis.

Analyze data for insight on audience; create hypotheses on the behavior of the audience/s; apply quick tests to prove or disprove assumptions.

Develop and execute new reports (trends, opportunities, etc.) to improve the business intelligence of the team and client.

Collaborate with Google partner managers regularly to stay abreast of new platform capabilities, beta tests, algorithm changes, etc.

Constantly hone Google media buying skills and knowledge.


Requirements for consideration:

2 years minimum experience managing a minimum of $2-5k/month account ad spend.

Fluent with Slack. (you’ll have to reply to clients from time to time, but not like an account manager would)

Know how to build a full funnel within an ad account.

Must be proactive, able to work quickly, and have strong attention to detail.

Excellent English and good copywriting skills.

Highly effective with time management.

Must be local.

Monitoring Facebook ad media performance and optimizing campaigns.

Analyze data for insight on audience; create hypotheses on the behavior of the audience/s; apply quick tests to prove or disprove assumptions.

Search for new opportunities to optimize and grow our current campaigns, via advanced targeting methods and data analysis.

Develop and execute new reports (trends, opportunities, etc.) to improve the business intelligence of the team and client.

Scale positive ROI bets locking in profits for our clients.

Test constantly to identify new high-performing audiences, creatives, and landing pages that generate a positive return on ad spend (ROAS).

Collaborate with Facebook partner managers regularly to stay abreast of new platform capabilities, beta tests, algorithm changes, etc.

Constantly hone Facebook media buying skills and knowledge through our weekly internal trainings and workshops.

Requirements for consideration:

• Paid Facebook Advertising experience.

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

• Highly skilled with Excel and/or Google Sheets.

As an Account Manager, you'll make sure our strategy is executed flawlessly - fully immersing yourself in every aspect of client project’s and their implementation.

You'll also be expected to work with your clients to identify their needs and/or challenges and recommend solutions that leverage our integrated digital delivery systems. You'll identify and drive growth opportunities, fostering innovation that delivers on our clients' business goals.


Expectations:

Communicate daily with the client, either in person or by phone. Keep client informed on the progress of all work for which he/she is responsible.

Obtain client approvals in advance of initiating projects, including identification of target dates and budgets available.

Work with the client in the preparation of digital plans and campaigns.

Maintains a thorough, sensitive and accurate liaison with the client, so that he/she is able to keep the agency informed of client’s problems and objectives.

Develops good relationships with client opposites and internally with agency associates

Ensure the timeliness and quality of work that is delivered to his/her clients.

Work with our digital teams to manage all tasks aimed at achieving client goals.

Coordinate the collection of assets necessary to ensure a successful launch, as well as well as ongoing efforts to ensure our software platform is a productive part of your clients' digital strategy.

Anticipate support issues and works with the digital team to put preemptive measures in place to address any issues.

Work with the digital team to ensure internal and client meetings are scheduled, productive, and documented for future reference.


Requirements for Consideration:

1-3 years digital or online advertising industry experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal, customer service, presentation, organizational and problem-solving skills

Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and openness to providing feedback to help iterate the business.

Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Google Analytics and Facebook Ads.
